Customer Care Agent - Coulsdon Audi
Description - The success of the Audi Brand grows across our centres in South London, part of this success has been brought about by our new Customer Care Team based at our Coulsdon site.
You will be joining a small close knit team who all work to their own initiative to deliver both sales and service leads to all of our Audi brand dealerships. This relatively new department is continuing to grow and we look forward to expanding further with the needs of the business. Sales and outbound call centre experience is desirable but enthusiasm to deliver first class customer care is essential. Description - The S G Smith Motor Group operates two Volkswagen Trade Parts Specialist Centres (TPS) in Wimbledon (SW19) and Old Kent Road (SE15). TPS is a local one-stop trade operation for Volkswagen Group Parts offering our trade customers an unprecedented choice and service, as well as consistently competitive prices. One call to our TPS operation will deliver all Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen vehicle parts (including Volkswagen Commercials) to meet the needs of our trade customers.
As the business develops the need has arisen for additional Experienced Trade Parts Advisors/Telesales working Monday to Friday 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. This opportunity will appeal to professional parts advisors who will ideally have previous VW Group experience. This is a telesales role requiring a good telephone manner to maximise the parts sales opportunities using selling skills and up-sell techniques. A strong performer who can demonstrate their ability to communicate clearly and concisely with trade customers. The ability and willingness to work within a successful team and a passion to provide the highest level of customer service is essential.
