We promise to match any like-for-like written quote for a service, maintenance or repair using Volkswagen Genuine Parts from any service provider within 5 miles.
We'll Fit Exterior Bulbs and Wiper Blades Free
We promise to fit exterior bulbs and wiper blades bought from us, free of charge. This includes side lights, headlights, brakelights, foglights, reversing lights and indicators. If you need interior, Xenon or LED bulbs replacing, we'll be happy to provide a competitive quote for fitting those too.
Free Visual Health Checks
We promise to give your car a 30-minute check of all of the basics, absolutely free and with no obligation. Call and ask us to book you in for an Express Visual Check (EVC) and we'll arrange it for you.
Affordable Service Plans
We promise to offer convenient service plans: either pay a one-off fixed price payment or spread the cost of your servicing into monthly instalments. Our Service Plans are tailored to your vehicle and are packed with extra benefits.

We promise to offer you the right service at the right time and at the right price; charging Volkswagen set times for all work and offering a 2-year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer's warranty has expired.

Free Wash and Vacuum
We promise that every time you come to us for any job that takes over an hour in our workshop, we'll wash and vacuum your car for free. If the job takes less than an hour but you'd still like it cleaned, just let us know and we'll still carry it out for free.
*Please note there is a charge of £12.50 for any courtesy car except if it is insured by the customer. Collection and delivery will incur a charge of £10 per journey.
